| Dekavil (F8-IL10)
Dekavil is an immunocytokine consisting of a vascular targeting antibody fused to the anti-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-10 (IL10). Dekavil has demonstrated an impressive ability to selectively localize to arthritic sites in-vivo, potently inhibiting arthritic progression. Dekavil is expected to be superior to non-conjugated recombinant IL10, a biopharmaceutical which has extensively been tested in Phase II clinical trials in chronic inflammation and which has shown efficacy for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
